Imposter Conditioning is the pattern of self-doubt and overcorrection that arises not from a lack of capability, but from navigating environments where expectations are inconsistent, unclear, or inequitable.

I facilitate the Re:visionary Leaders Program (R:VLP), A six-month, cohort-based experience for leaders navigating pressure, complexity, and change with little space to be fully honest.

R:VLP cohorts are confidential and designed to be deeply grounded, candid leadership conversations.
